Maintainance: Painting and Caulking are required to be applied to all buildings constructed for Warranty to become effective. Exterior and doors must be caulked and painted (Doors - paint inside and out).
Recommend using colors that complement your home exterior colors, using 100% acrylic latex paint after chaulking inside all joints.
Paint is included in the building construction costs of Playhouse only.
